Commemorative Card

Artists volunteer their time and talent to support conservation in the country’s only federally regulated art contest. With the release of the 93rd consecutive annual Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp, we celebrate artists James Hautman and Joseph Hautman by issuing a commemorative displaying the 2026–2027 and 2023–2024 Federal Duck Stamps and a Forever stamp canceled with the official First Day of Issue postmark.
