Thank You, Healthcare Community Stamp Recognized for Design Excellence

The U.S. Postal Service has a winner in its new Thank You, Healthcare Community stamp! 

Even before its issuance on October 1, 2024, the stamp was recognized for its outstanding artwork by Graphic Design USA (GDUSA). 

The annual GDUSA Health + Wellness Design Awards™ competition honors graphic excellence and celebrates the contribution of good design to healthcare access and delivery, and to health education and outcomes.

“I am thrilled that we have received this award,” said USPS Director of Stamp Services Lisa Bobb-Semple. “From the moment I saw this design, I thought it was a creative and clever way to capture the spirit of this stamp. While we explored other creative options, we kept coming back to this uniquely designed concept as the best way to say, ‘Thank You.’” 

This is the 61st year that GDUSA has sponsored excellence-in-design competitions. This year’s Health + Wellness contest attracted nearly 3,000 entries; the top 10 percent received awards.
