Blue-Winged Teal Junior Duck Stamp

The Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program is based on the Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp (“Duck Stamp”). Young artists in grades K–12 compete each year to design a stamp based on what they have learned about waterfowl, wetlands, and conservation. This is the 34th stamp in this series. The 2026–2027 Junior Duck Stamp features blue-winged teal by Nina Liang of Texas.
