Crime Prevention

This issuance commemorated Crime Prevention Month in an effort to promote awareness, education, and proactive strategies for reducing crime. Randall McDougal illustrated the stamp featuring McGruff the Crime Dog and McGruff’s official slogan, “Take a Bite Out of Crime.”
