About This Stamp
The Flag Over Mt. Rushmore stamp was issued to celebrate Mount Rushmore National Memorial's 50th anniversary.
Designed by Clarence Holbert, the stamps were engraved through the intaglio process by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Stamps per coil were 100, 500, and 3,000.
